We want you to love your Gracie Abrams merchandise; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and includes original tags to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
